I got my first bottle b4 xmas. I have been a diabetic for 22 years. I am on 2000 mg metformin. I started itthis supplement on12/26. I had been exceptionally bad for 2 days eating a delicious apply pie (1/2 on one day and 1/2 on the next day) On the day I finished the last of the apple pie my sugar was 268. I really did expect that. I started the supplement when I checked my sugar in the afternoon it was down to 168. I couldn't believe my eyesI cut back 500 mg on metformin and started taking 1 metformin with 1 supplement, 3 times a day and I have been testing my sugar every day 4 times a day and it is coming down. My creatine level was high on my last blood test, so I knew the doctor was going to cut back on the metformin anyway to bring down my creatine level. I can't wait to tell my doctor this supplement works. one morning my blood sugar was 120. Bear in mind, when I am not eating apple pies, I dont eat breads, cerals, potatoes. Still give in to macaroni. So when I am watching what I eat I average anywhere from 157 to 196. Hopes this helps.I have used nearly the entire bottle already, taking 2 capsules every time I eat.
