I bought these strips to monitor my ketone levels for the KETO way of eating. I also have a blow device, which obviously cheaper to "run" but not as accurate. These are a bit pricey considering they are over double the price of glucose monitoring strips, but I'm sure the sellers don't make as money on the glucose strips as they are more life dependent, and ketone strops are not. So they probably make up some of their costs with these strips. That said, these strips work well, even if a tad expired, as I have measured using an older strip and a newer strip and the measurement was the same. So if you are worried about expiration, don't. I consider these strips a necessity and now I don't have to wait for them to come from Australia.
