Complicated coming up with a review, but I'll break it down.The watch itself. Is not overly bulky, coming from someone who does not wear jewelry more than my wedding band. I didn't want o plastic band, cheap looking, bulky popular brand. I wanted it to look like a watch, not a tablet with a wristband. It goes with everything. I do like that you can upload a photo as the fave of the watch to customize the display. This goal, accomplished.Function. Yes, it counts steps, for the most part. I wanted something to interact with Noom as best as possible to help calculate steps, and track exercises with intensity. The App, I have had more issues than success, in tracking activity. I've reached out twice for support, with no response. You cannot start "motion" from the watch, app only. I do aerobics, weight lifting, and yard work...none of which are an option to start from the watch. This app claims to interact with Google Fut, had to download that, so it would link up with Noom. The steps in this app, never match Google fit, so who's right? Bit of a hassle, watch function, needs to be Jumpstarted by the F Fit app, but needs Google Fit...to get Noom to populate...Battery life is quite good. I have to find my own routine as to when it's best time to charge it, for me, in my day - but to be honest, I may only need to charge it once a week. So I lucked out on this aspect.The other "functions" of the app are pretty useless. Menstruation, is not flexible. I've never in my life had the same period twice. Never comes on the same # of days, nor does it always last the same length. It's very all or nothing. The sleep setting may track it, but gives no tips or suggestions as to how to improve sleep based on the patterns it has tracked.I haven't given up on it yet. Still looks nice and works decent for what I am looking for.I was looking for a smart watch, which had a metal casing and band, because my skin broke down with the silicone bands.This one is more classy, rose gold in color, with an easy double clasp. The face is very readable and simple to use.The big question I had was what size was the bracelet? I wear a true size 8 and this watch band fits me perfectly. Very comfortable.We downloaded the app and synced it with my phone. Everything works well! It’s important to make sure your phone is compatible with the watch and app before you buy.Understand that, while it tries to tell you what your blood pressure is and your oxygen levels, the watch cannot achieve an accurate diagnosis. Better to use professional tools.Very satisfying keeping track of my walk and activity.I’m very happy with my purchase.Beautiful watch, but not very smart. Tracks me sleeping when I'm rocking the baby. Won't track steps when pushing a stroller.I am not a fan of smart watches and similar on hand devices most likely because they feel bulky and it drives me nuts to carry “a phone” on my wrist. I needed a device that looks classy more like a regular watch yet perform things like checking a heart-rate and blood pressure. Glad I found this :). It is super cute on the wrist, I was hoping for more rose gold color but it’s more a yellow gold. It comes with resizer and I did have to remove 4 pieces to fit my small wrist. All the functions works as they should, I compared to my blood pressure equipment and it was almost identical. It connects with the app and everything can be logged there and I was able to turn off my phone notifications like text etc. so I don’t feel like I carry a phone on ma wrist.What I don’t like about this watch is that the background wallpaper of the screen is very limited. There is only 2 or 3 options on the watch itself and you can synchronize a few extra ones from the app but they are all basic, boring and plain. With colors that doesn’t really match well. Besides that all is well, I hope the gold won’t come off the watch too quickly. If you’re looking for a well priced device to help you monitor some things (remember it’s not a medical device) then get that one :).I had no difficulty setting this up. Once you down load the App the rest is pretty easy. If you have trouble making it smaller look it up. I took 2 links out in less than 10 minutes.So pretty and stylish. It work the 1st week. After that it didn't link with app. It didn't read data.It’s a beautiful watch but hard to sync the various settings. Sleep popped up this am. Yay ! Can’t seem to sync HR, BP or O2 sats to log. Don’t like the agreement to accept the Chinese agreement. Why ? What does that have to do with a smart watch ? That needs to be omitted. It’s like they are spying on you ! When I purchased the watch, on Aug 6, 2021, said “buy in the next 2 hrs & will arrive on Monday, Aug 9th. It wasn’t shipped until Aug 14th & I received it on Aug 17th. Hasn’t been the best of experiences. It also says that a friend of mine is calling me but she isn't. I was actually talking to her on the phone when my watch said she was calling me. Happens daily. ?It's a cute watch, but the app doesn't properly track workouts. I had to disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth a few times to get the app to work at all, and I still haven't found a way to synch workout data. The watch will remind me about things like standing when I'm being sedentary, but the app doesn't track that I actually did these things, so I don't get an over-time picture of many of the healthy changes I'm trying to make. I like the watch, but I'm really disappointed with the app.UPDATE: I subtracted a star. It continues tracking my heart rate even when I'm not wearing it. I take it off when I sleep, and when I put it back on in the morning, it's continued to record a "heart rate" even though I wasn't wearing it. The heart rate it records when I'm not wearing it is much higher than my actual heart rate. It's difficult to trust its accuracy when it records information when I'm not wearing it.
