I have just received my wrist BP monitor and can confirm that the instructions that were included with it were in Greek, Portuguese, French and ENGLISH. Sorry for those hoping for the instructions in German or any other language. I have tried the monitor out once and it seems to be working in line with the readings I was getting from a machine lent to me by my doctor's surgery last week so I am pleased with it. It also has the advantage of not having to strip dow to my vest in cold weather to take a reading with my old arm monitor which appeared to be inaccurate. The older model - Omron RS2 - was tested by Which? in December 2015 and was considered to be a "Best buy" which prompted me to go for the RS3.Very neat little unit. Readings agree with an Omron upper arm monitor loaned to us by NHS as close as you could reasonably be expected. There is always some variation between successive readings on the same monitor anyway. No English instructions and could not find them on the Omron site, but they are available from:-[...].However we worked out how to use it from the pictures, it is not hard. I think you have to set the clock before the 3 reading average feature will work.Comes with a handy storage box. This product, bought on 26 August 2014 has failed after just seven months. It started running through batteries in less than 24 hours. The "average the last three readings" facility ceased to function - presumably trough lack of power. I bought the Omron partly on brand reputation - their upper arm monitors are used almost everywhere in the NHS, and I thought it was time to ensure I had something reliable. My GP always says wrist monitors are rubbish, though sterling service from my previous model went some way to disprove his view. I just saved that, an IBP, from going to the Scout Jumble. With no returns accepted, I guess the Omron may as well go in its place.I am surprised how easy it is to use. Wrist monitor is much more convenient to use.It comes in a portable little plastic box which I like much more than the flimsy pouches other monitors come in.I know that in this little box the monitor is secure and I can take it with me not worrying that it would get damaged.I chose this monitor because of good reviews as to its accuracy. I am not disappointed. I like the feature where you take 3 readings and it calculates the average and having to supply my GP with am & pm readings over 7 days this provided consistent figures. My GP was very impressed
