Vader is the greatest death metal band of all time. I don't care who says otherwise. They are untouchable. This record has 7 songs of super heavy Vader style death metal. If you have never heard Vader, then you are seriously missing out, and you need to go get one of their CDs. The Thin Lizzy cover ("Angel of Death") is interesting. Vader has done covers many times, but Thin Lizzy is not something I expected. When I first saw it, I thought "Oh hey a Slayer cover!" but obviously I was wrong. They definitely make the song their own so it's not terribly weird or anything. "When Darkness Calls" is probably my favorite track on this, but the whole thing is great.If you can't find this for a good price (as it is increasingly hard to find), you can pick up a copy of the double album release, "Blood / Reign Forever World" just about anywhere for around $10. But no matter which record you pick, if it's Vader, you will NOT be disappointed.
