First the craftsmanship is nothing short of spectacular . This knife is made of Niolox steel. It’s one of the newer steels that just came out. It has great edge retainment and is also very good for outdoor heavy use. You can confirm this on google. It’s a full tang knife. It’s very easy to see the steel which runs right thru the handle ending into a bone crusher or glass breaker. The knife is also sharp out of the box. It’s a very beautiful knife. For the collector or the outdoors men. It’s heavy the steel is thick. I have collected hundreds of every knife you can think of over the years. This knife definitely goes near the top of the collection. Definitely buying the second version.Well made, sharp enought and nicely boxed.Bought this knife because I am collecting Rambo knives for my collection. Even though this knife is very well constructed it is simply going to be a wall hanger and collectible.
