I found this documentary to be highly informative, though I want to give the following disclaimer: I knew virtually nothing about Al Adamson beforehand. (I had only seen ONE of his movies prior to this). Diehard fans might find this doc to be nothing but repetitive common knowledge. I wouldn't know. Anyway, this doc is also very entertaining. It's packed with many great clips from Al's WILD filmography. I'm now anxiously looking forward to watching more of Al's work. My one complaint overall is with the "real-life" alien coverage. There's about 5 minutes or so towards the end that deals with extraterrestrials... it's totally stupid and kind of ruins the films credibility. I wish that content had been left on the cutting room floor. But everything else is gold. RIP Al!
